FOR SALE: Palmetto State 11.5" upper in 5.56 (1/7). Fixed FSB with a Blitzkrieg Hi-Vis front sight post. This is unfired. Muzzle device is a BCM Mod-2 and charging handle is also BCM. Handguard is BCM but I have the original oval handguard.
