For Sale is an unfired BCM Recce 16" upper in 5.56. This is a factory built upper. Images show sights, but sights NOT included. As of today, these are no longer on sale and are about $1000 when charging handle and muzzle device added. This has the Mod-4 compensator. This is a mid-length gas system.
