This is a Cobalt Kinetics Evolve Team rifle with the C.A.R.S. equip. This custom, made to order, high end competition rifle was made from solid billet aluminum with all boxes checked for the build. It comes with a Proof Research carbon fiber barrel, Cobalt Kinetics Pro muzzle brake, AR Gold trigger, Cobalt Kinetics Pro buffer system, nitrite coated bolt carrier group, Cobalt Kinetics C.A.R.S., the factory custom anodized coating, and the original case. This rifle was discontinued when the company sold to a new owner. Very few rifles were made in this configuration, which makes it an excellent collectors piece or gem at the range/competitions. The rifle has seen less than 200 rounds so it’s in great condition. It has been kept in a humidity controlled safe and has been well taken care of. As for the C.A.R.S.: Cobalt Advantage Reload System (C.A.R.S.) is a magazine auto-eject/bolt carrier group auto-release mechanism that can be turned of or on by a switch on the left side of the receiver. When the system is on, once the last round is picked up from the magazine, the magazine is automatically ejected. Also, upon firing the last round the bolt is automatically retained open until a loaded magazine is entered into the mag well and upon being seated the bolt is automatically sent forward to chamber the first round to alleviate the need to “slap the paddle” to release the bolt. Having this system on helps to drop times for reloads, and with practice, will speed you up in competition or bewilder your range buds when you reload and get back on target faster than they can drop their mag. Again this is an extremely rare and unobtainable firearm from the manufacturer anymore. I am open to reasonable offers, but I am aware of the rarity of this particular model.
