AR-10 Lower and Upper Receiver for sale in Houston Texas

I have a Palmetto State Armory PA-10 (AR-10) Gen 3 upper and lower receiver, both New Old Stock. Neither receiver has ever had parts installed or even test fitted; they're still brand new! I will trade the pair for six (6) pounds of smokeless powder that I can use. Looking for both handgun and rifle powders. Might consider a .22 handgun or others, as well. Let me know what you've got!
