PIETTA of Italy has manufactured these under a variety of names, and imported them under various names as well . . . But the model number is always the PPS 50 mod 3056. Great little copy of the Russian / polish tokarev machine gun in 22lr. There are 50 round drum mags available for these but the stick mag that is included with this is reminiscent of the Ruger 10/22 mags. Most of these are wearing a bland wooden stock. The AR style buttstock and black fiberglass stock seems just right to me. If this ‘Forgotten Weapons’ video will play . . . It gives a pretty good description of the guns history
