Gently used does not have any wear or damage on either the body or glass. This is the night vision version which when you press the NV button will dim the reticle to low levels of visibility that will only be picked up by night vision devices.

Being an eotech sight it has some delamination on the edges of the glass. This is cosmetic and will not affect function or accuracy. Eotech will provide you with a new XPS3 from this current year in exchange for $80 if you contact and ship this out to them. I have discounted the price accordingly regardless of whether you run it as is or send it out to them.
