This is a Bkings 14.5 upper with around 500 rounds through it. It had the handguard replaced with a CLONE of a RIS2 which looks the part and feels solid. The muzzle is not pinned in case you want to use your own but the current one will take you over the legal length if you choose to keep it. Also comes with an adjustable gas block.
