Glock 49 MOS (Carry Ready!) for sale in Houston Texas

Looking to sell my Glock 49 MOS with accessories. I am the original owner and I was intending for it to be my main carry but decided to go with something else. The gun has never been fired. 3 OEM Glock mags are included. It comes with TLR 7X installed along with a Tenicor Certum Lux Kydex Holster. The Holster is still in it's original packaging and never used.
And yes, I did install the OEM extended backstrap on the gun and cut it in half to help me with slide bite and help correct the grip angle. I also put some hockey tape on the grip. I did also file down the undercut on the trigger guard just a little bit to help alleviate glock knuckle.
The rest of the gun is stock and no serious mods were done.

I am asking $900 for the complete package and that's pretty much the full amount I paid for it without factoring in fees and sales tax. I am FIRM on the price. Not interested in trades.
